4. Account Creation and Service Access
To use Fidly, the user must:
- Have a compatible smartphone
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
- Keep login credentials confidential
The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account. Any fraudulent use must be reported to the publisher immediately.
5. Proper Use of the Service
The user undertakes to:
- Not use Fidly in an abusive or fraudulent manner
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Not infringe the rights of partner merchants or other users
- Not attempt to extract, copy, or modify the application's code
Any violation may result in the suspension or deletion of the account, without prejudice to any legal proceedings.
6. Loyalty Points and Vouchers
- Accumulated points have no monetary value outside of Fidly
- The rules for earning and using points are set by each partner merchant
- Points and vouchers may be subject to an expiration date
- The publisher is not responsible for the commercial conditions of each merchant
7. Liability
The publisher uses all reasonable means to ensure the proper functioning of the service but does not guarantee:
- The complete absence of errors
- Continuous and uninterrupted access
- Compatibility with any hardware or system
The publisher cannot be held liable for:
- Loss of data resulting from improper use by the user
- A partner merchant's failure to comply with commercial conditions
- Indirect, intangible, or financial damages

Use of Fidly involves the collection and processing of personal data.
Such processing is governed by the Personal Data Protection Policy available on our website and in the application.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements making up Fidly (brand, logo, interface, texts, images, database, software) are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Suspension and Termination
